From my recent purchase with Althea, it was a pleasant experience! Impeccable customer service, quick delivery and most importantly, the box is perfectly fine with no damages (not even a scratch) and products are all well protected in bubble wrap. Given the fact that it's directly ship from Korea, I gotta say their distribution team has done such a great job because sometimes even delivery within Klang Valley get crushed easily. I'm now eyeing on my second purchase and it seems like there will be a long term relationship between Althea and I. ;)
