With 45 brands to choose from, this coupon book gives you more than RM3,000 worth of savings in freebies and discounts and all coupons valid through to 30 September 2016. Some of the brands include Morganfield's, Sushi Tei, MyBurgerLab and JuiceWorks. Besides, the editors have featured some recommendations for each restaurant to ensure you wouldn't miss them out.

Remember to read the terms and conditions before redeem the voucher to avoid any disappointment.

I find this worthy book very useful especially for a low paid employee like me and my office is just right beside the shopping mall whereby a meal would simply cost me 10 or 20 bucks and above. In addition, GST has been implemented since April and it makes us even harder to thrive in a bad economy, this worthy book just come right in time and it definitely helps me to save a lot on food (eg. buy 1 free 1 udon dishes at Manmaru Udon which I've used recently).

Worthy Book F&B Edition 2015 - 2016 is available at major bookstores (MPH, Popular, Times, Borders, Kinokuniya), selected myNEWS.com, Klang Valley 7-Eleven outlets or you may purchase it online at www.worthybook.sto.my for RM29.90 only.

[Food Review] Ante - Kitchen & Bar @ Publika

If you're a pork lover, then you shouldn't miss out this fusion restaurant specializing in pork dishes at Publika, Ante - Kitchen and Bar. The dishes served at Ante are inspired by both Western and Eastern influences, and also using premium ingredients such as Sakura pork, so you can definitely expect a unique and tasty experience while you're dining here! :)

Passion Fruit Mojito Mocktail @ RM12
It was normal and I was told that some of their mocktails didn't blend well that they can't really taste the passion fruit ._. By the way, there are a lot more flavours in their menu and they do sell alcoholic drinks too!

Cappuccino @ RM9

Enoki Bacon Skewers @ RM26
Tender pork cubes, wrapped with enoki mushrooms, wrapped with prime cut bacon strips, grilled and served on a stick. Relatively it was a unique combination but it goes well together especially when you dip it in teriyaki sauce with a raw egg inside, it feels like heaven! :)

Cream of Pumpkin @ RM13
One of my favourite as the pumpkin tastes very rich and flavourable. At Ante, they prepare the soups everyday and they don't use canned food but fresh vegetables or fruits and grind it so it's very fresh. There are few more types of soups in their menu such as mushroom, broccoli and tomato. I've tried the broccoli soup and surprisingly it tastes good for a vegetables hater like me.

Thin Crust Pizza: Signature Chorizo & Bacon @ RM27
An all-time favourite pizza in Ante with generous amounts of pork chorizo, bacon, tomato puree and heaps of cheese. I love it when you can really tastes the pork chorizo and not overwhelmed by the other ingredients, bacon with a little bit saltiness inside and the crispy crust that they made in house. Double thumbs up for that (Y)

Thin Crust Pizza: Mixed Shroom @ RM22
Nothing much to shout out but just a tomato based thin crust pizza with lots of mushrooms, mushrooms and more mushrooms! For me, I'd pick Signature Chorizo & Bacon over this :)

Curry Cream Pasta @ RM26
Stir-fried pasta with pork loin slices and onions topped with crumbed button mushrooms with a curry finish. Another interesting dishes and I love it to the bits! The curry tastes just nice, not too creamy nor overwhelm.

Up The Ante Pork Burger @ RM35
One of the signatures in Ante! Between this burger's raisin buns are: fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, sauteed mushroom, an egg with a runny-yolk and Ante's special pork patty-wrapped in prime cuts of bacon strips. I've seen a lot of good reviews about it and I was told that it is one of the best burger in town, but for me, the whole thing is kinda normal (perhaps my expectation is too high) but it has flavours and it still tastes good :) I love the wedges where they stick to their principle to make it crunchy outside and soft inside but the patty was a bit easy breakable as it is hand minced burger. By the way, thumbs up for the idea that they used raisin buns and walnuts which make it even stand out.

Sweet Belly @ RM23
Roasted pork slices, ready to be dipped in Ante's house made caramelized sauce. The crunchy, crispy skin juxtaposed with the juicy, melt-in-your-mouth fat is truly addictive, and I just couldn't get enough of these! One of the best selling among Japanese customers :D

Seafood Marinara @ RM38
Fresh river prawns, green mussels and squid rings in herbed tomato puree. The pasta is very nice but a little bit salty while the prawns are quite big and fresh compared to what you can get outside with a price of RM38.

Volcano Sacrifice @ RM30
Grilled juicy pork slices, served with Ante's special "volcanic" spicy sauce, flowing off a mountain of mashed potatoes. A little disappointing as the pork slices are very dry but according to the boss, it's meant to be abit dry as it is lean meat and slightly healthier and you must eat once it was served. Overall, it's still a good combination with mashed potato and the spicy sauce.

Char-grilled Pork Steak with New York Style @ RM42
Favourite dishes of the day: signature pork chop with berry cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and baked apple ♥ The raspberry and cream sauce are quite sweet yet a bit salty, the taste is kinda unique and unexpected but it just match perfectly with the pork steak. An English style dishes where people normally would serve pork with a green apple. I did not get to try the baked apple but according to them, it tastes like an apple pie, kinda sweet and soft yummz!

The Hogger Pork Ribs @ RM75
Charcoal grilled hickory piglet ribs, glazed with house-made BBQ sauce, coleslaw, potato salad and fries on the side. The pork ribs are quite tender to my liking and their house-made BBQ sauce is just nice and does not overwhelm the taste of pork ribs. Finger lickin' good!

Crispy Pork Knuckle @ RM78
One of the best pork knuckle I've ever tried as the usuals one are very salty and dry but this one is quite tender and juicy inside. And I must say I couldn't get my hands off that crispy pork skin, it was awesome! This kilogram feast is also served with sauerkraut and in-house sauces.

Bread and Butter Pudding @ RM15
The hot and cold combination. Crunchy base and topped with Vanilla ice cream (it was smooth!). We finished it up in one minute and requested for another one although we're very full already, that explains how nice it is!

Thanks to Foodirector and Ante-Kitchen and Bar, finally I have the chance to try out their renowned pork dishes as I've heard a lot of good reviews about them long long ago. It was a great experience dining here with fellow food hunters and I'm definitely coming back for their Enoki Bacon Skewers and Char-grilled Pork Steak N.York Style! It's so yummyyyyyy that I can die ^_^ Head down to Ante - Kitchen and Bar if you happened to be in Publika and have no idea where to dine in :) Cheers xx

Oh, I've received a new e-mail and it's from Bern! YAY I bet you guys must be anxious to know about it :P Let's read what they have say. *excited and jumping around*

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DEAR LATTE,

I EAT, I RUN, I WIN writes from the first check point of the day. Can you guess where we are now?

Yes? No? Anyway, I shall not start the day with too much suspense. You will have plenty of them this whole day. Anyway, we are here at Strawberry Fields. This fancy but humble restaurant has been established since 1988, serving various kind of general Asian cuisine and plenty of mixture of Western infusion and Halal Chinese food. To add in the uniqueness, they also served Thailand infused dishes. Strawberry Fields is located at Lot 14, Jalan Tengah PJ New Town (PJ State), Petaling Jaya, 46200 Selangor which is about several minutes away from our first clue marshal.

We got off on a tricky start but we managed to arrive here just in time to taste our first ‘Om Nom Nom’ session. For those who aren't familiar with this place, Strawberry Fields offers plenty of food and beverages at reasonable price. As always, it is our job to make your saliva drools! Be prepared to get awesomefied. Let’s look at their food, shall we?

Chicken Wings With French Fries. OHMYGOODNESS! This is a healthy combination. Why do I say so? The chicken wings are fried in juicy and tenderly crispy but it comes with blends of green vegetables. Fries is ORGASMIC!

TomYam Chicken with Rice. It is an authentic Tom Yam style of great Thai serving. It is not that spicy but it is deliciously blend with rich herbs and spices. People who can't bear the spicy-ness still can enjoy it.

The Sago Gula Melaka. Here's our dessert. Richly sugarly and fattening, rich in aroma and crafted in style because the sago is in heart shape. SUPREMELY SWEET ♥

Ops and no worries, the price here is quite reasonable though :D Okay, we're running out of time. We need to move on to the next check point. Do keep in touch with our latest, see ya ♥

Love,
I EAT, I RUN, I WIN

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ahhh, I have 'no eye see' TT Obviously, they are tempting with the freaking scrumptious food. Oh no, it just only the first out of five! :( By the way, stay tuned for more..
