Followed by my latest beauty review of L'EGERE Magic Skin Beautifier CC Cream, here's another product by L'EGERE, the Magic Water Cool Aqua Powder. They have developed water in powder technology in this product and it actually contains 60% water within the powder, can you believe it?

It was sealed tightly to avoid leakage and for hygiene purposes.
They have also provided extra powder puff for replacement in case if you lost it.
As you can see, the texture is very fine and my skin feel very smooth after applying. Similar to L'EGERE Magic Skin Beautifier CC Cream, it has low coverage. Since it's a loose powder, I didn't expect it can cover up my dark circles and acne well but it does lighten my dark spots. It provides matte-finish and even out my skin tone. In my opinion, I wouldn't suggest you to use this aqua powder alone even if you have good skin condition.
Upon application, it gives me a cooling sensation and refreshing feeling due to its water soothing technology (my favourite part afterall!). It also keep my skin moisturized all day long and hence it doesn't make my skin cakey even after few hours of applying it. The lasting part is average where it can last me up to about 3 hours.
I would recommend you guys to apply a suitable amount onto the powder puff, first adjust the amount on the back of your hands then gently apply to the face to create a perfect, long lasting makeup base.

ReplyDeleteThe cooling sensation would definitely come in useful when setting makeup on hot summer days. This reminds me somewhat of the cooling BB cream from Korea. The name escapes me but the idea was so great if not for the fact that you'd have to cake up your BB if you want a cooling pick-me-up in the middle of the day.
