8 Favourite Moments in 2013

Good morning and happy new year everyone! Time flies and it's year 2014 already. I wonder am I getting older or busy with studies or what that I realize these few years passed really fast. Anyway let's hope for a better year ahead and my new year resolution is to be a better person in every aspect. A filial granddaughter and daughter, a considerate girlfriend, a hardworking student and a responsible blogger! :)

As a hardworking and responsible blogger, here I am writing a blog post of my 8 favourite moments in 2013 and each and every one of them was also my first time experience. Yes, first time travelling to Malacca (WHAT?! :O), first time kena saman, first time seeing my favourite artist, CN BLUE, in real person, first time travelling overseas... It was like a dream ♥

1. Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fiesta

I've always wanted to go to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta at Putrajaya years ago but I don't know how to drive yet and it's quite far from my place. Finally my boyfriend has decided to bring me there since we've finished our exam by that time. Although we didn't get to ride on the hot air balloon due to the super long queue and bad weather, we still had fun playing games, take pictures and walk around with my superman balloon! :P

2. First time travelling to Malacca and kena saman

No joke, it was my first time visiting Malacca although it's just two hours away from KL. It was a last minute plan as I heard that the Jonker Street market is closing down, hence... I also kena saman there for the very first time for not paying parking ticket T_T Anyway it was an awesome trip and I'm definitely going back for more foods! NGEK NGEK

3. Meet CN BLUE in person finally!

If you're a friend of mine or loyal reader of my blog, you should've known that my favourite artist is CN BLUE! I love their music, the way they perform passionately in every single performance, how they rock the stage and try to get closer with their fans awww. I first saw them during Golden Disk Awards in January (it's their first time coming to Malaysia too!) and I can't believe that they're actually coming back to Malaysia in August for their world tour concert! I was like crazy when I heard the news and got my tickets through fans club immediately. Usually I'm not the type of person who would spend a fortune just to see an artist, but this time is exceptional. I bought the rock zone ticket (nearest to the stage) and went all the way to KLIA to see them, now you know how crazy am I about CN BLUE? :P Seriously it was like a dream comes true when I see them performing on the stage especially when Yong Hwa playing the piano and singing "Feeling"!!! The best concert ever I've attended ♥

4. Fine dining with boyfriend on our 1st anniversary

Seriously it's one of my best experience throughout 2013 as I've never thought of I'll be having fine dining especially when we're still a student. I was so surprised that my boyfriend brought me to Millesime French Fine Dining at Solaris Dutamas on our first anniversary awww ♥ By the way, picture credits to www.foodpoi.com as the pictures taken are in my boyfriend's phone :p

5. 3 months internship @ SJ Grant Thornton

I went for 3 months internship at SJ Grant Thornton in July as part of my studies and I had to say that 3 months was the best part in 2013. I was so glad to be offered as an intern at SJ Grant Thornton (although it's not Big 4) and everyone in there are so friendly and helpful! Although I had to OT everyday, I got to learn so many stuffs, gain so much knowledge about audit and handle the whole company on my own! It was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to reunite with my colleagues on Friday! YAYAY :D

6. Acupuncture treatment @ The Tole Medical Centre

So I had my first acupuncture treatment earlier in October along with my boyfriend. It was rather an unforgettable one instead of my favourite moment of the year :p Literally acupuncture is a collection of procedures involving penetration of the skin with needles to stimulate certain points on the body - the needles are inserted to various depths. If you know me well, I'm super timid as I'm the type of girl who will cry when receiving injections or even dental check up back in high school. A lot of stupid thoughts running in my mind like "what if I die after acupuncture?", "will blood comes out?" but I survived at last with 4 needles on my head! Seriously I can't feel anything when he "poke" the needle into my head, not even the ant bites sensations. WOOHOO!

7. Sister's wedding ceremony ♥

It was my eldest sister's wedding ceremony 3 weeks ago. I was so excited when I heard the news one year ago and feel happy for her as she always so sayang me and take care of me. I can't believe that I actually cried on her wedding dinner as she will not be staying with me anymore and I can't see her so often too. I will miss her so much and sorry for all the stupid stuffs I've done to you. My prettiest bride, god bless you and stay happily forever! ♥

8. First time travelling overseas to Bangkok, Thailand

It is my first time travelling to overseas and so to Bangkok, hence I can't really express how excited and happy am I now!!!! I've always been dreaming to go to overseas during Christmas (especially if it's snowing!) as I came from a moderate family and now my dream comes true! You won't know how excited am I when I was planning for the trip since March hahaha :p It's definitely the best way to wrap up my year 2013! Stay tuned for my blog post okay :)

2013 was a fun year filled with memories especially after I've entered into the blogging world and received so much love from PR and readers. Attending events, parties, new products launching, product reviews, treatments and etc which I've never thought of. I feel so blessed and I believe there are more to come in 2014!
